1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment information is processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card details.

Profile Information

You may optionally provide a brand name, logo, and color preferences to customize your transfer pages. This information is stored to provide the Service.

File Data

Files you upload are stored on Cloudflare R2 and are only accessible via your transfer links. We do not access, analyze, or share the content of your files.

Usage Data

We collect basic usage information such as download counts, transfer creation dates, and general platform usage to improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process payments and manage your subscription
  • Send transactional emails (transfer notifications, account updates)
  • Respond to support requests
  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate NovoSend:

  • Supabase — authentication and database hosting
  • Cloudflare R2 — file storage
  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Resend — transactional email delivery

Each of these services has their own privacy policies governing their handling of your data.

4. Data Retention

Files are retained according to your subscription tier's transfer expiration policy. Expired files are automatically deleted. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure file storage, and hashed passwords. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy
